New Epotex fairing set for Kawasaki Ninja 400
The set is made up by:
- Front upper race fairing
- Race fairing side panels (Left + right)
- Lower race fairing
- Race rear tail
- Tank side panels (Left + right)
- Tank Cover
Our Epotex fairing are from many years considered the best solutions in terms of value for money if compared to an avio fiber fairing.
Thanks the use of a special epoxy resin developed on our specs and the use of a particular black gelcoat we are able to produce with hand lamination process (non autoclave) parts extremely light and flexible that are common characteristic of more expensive parts. Our Epotex is so comparable with avio fiber.
Lot of time has been spent on the develop of the rear tail to be able to install it directly on the rear subframe. This guarantee a lower centre of gravity and so a very handy bike and if needed this offer also the possibility to develop a specific seat fo the rider.
Technical aspects of EPOTEX Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• 30% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts
• Laminated with Epoxy resin (developed to our specs)
• The external side is made up by black gelcoat
• Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• The most flexible and elastic fairings available in the market of fairings not in autoclave produced
• Parts are not painted
• Not pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Mounting points are indicated on the single parts.
In addition to the fairing set we produce also the colourless racing windscreen (SSP300 style) DOT certified and also the front fender in Epotex fiber too.
